The role

The Partner Marketing Manager will build and run Krisp’s global partner marketing program across technology services distributors (TSDs) and strategic BPO partners. This role will turn priority partnerships into scalable programs that strengthen partner engagement and generate measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

Krisp runs a sophisticated real-time voice-AI stack. Your job is to turn it into language a partner’s seller or delivery lead can repeat from memory and a customer can act on. If Krisp is top of mind for our partners, you are the reason.

Krisp’s partners span technology services distributors, CCaaS and CX platforms, global BPOs, and system integrators. Many of them do more than refer Krisp. They embed our voice AI into their own solutions and sell the result to their customers. Your programs have to serve both motions: marketing to the partner, arming the partner to market and sell Krisp downstream, as well as with the partner to activate our joint narratives and impact in market.

This is a hands-on role for a builder who can establish the program from the ground up, work directly with partner teams, and move quickly from strategy to execution.

You will operate from Corporate Marketing’s centralized center of excellence, building scalable programs that can be distributed globally across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Locations

Preferred time zones: Central or Eastern

What you'll do

  • Plain-language positioning: Own the partner-facing story for Krisp’s product line, real-time voice translation, accent conversion, noise cancellation, voice security, and voice agents. Take a complex real-time pipeline and make it simple, memorable, and on-brand, so partners’ sellers and client-service teams can explain Krisp accurately without a Krisp person in the room.
  • Partner Programs: Own marketing coverage for Channel TSDs (Telarus, AVANT, Intelisys, and more), and Krisp’s strategic partners across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Build scalable programs that are developed centrally and distributed globally.
  • Strategic Partner Campaigns: Build co-marketing programs with global BPOs, CCaaS and CX platforms, and system integrators. Work directly with partner marketing teams to develop joint campaigns, co-branded content, case studies, webinars, ABM programs, announcements, and shared event activations that expand reach and generate pipeline.
  • Partner Enablement: Create decks, one-pagers, campaign toolkits, positioning, and competitive guides that help partner teams sell Krisp with confidence. Equip not only partner sellers but their client-service and delivery teams to explain and represent Krisp accurately to end customers.
  • Events: Define and lead Krisp’s participation in strategic partner and priority TSD events, including sponsorships, collateral and messaging, meetings, and follow-up.
  • Strategic Partnership Storytelling: Build joint narratives and customer stories that demonstrate the combined value of Krisp and its strategic partners.
  • Brand governance: Own how Krisp shows up in partners’ hands. Keep co-branded and partner-authored materials consistent with our brand and messaging.
  • Partner Funding: Proactively identify and secure available partner MDF and co-investment opportunities to expand campaigns, events, and enablement programs. Build plans that meet partner funding requirements and maximize the value of available funds.
  • Measurement: Coordinate lead follow-up, CRM tracking, attribution, and reporting. Measure partner engagement, campaign performance, and partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and Revenue Operations to prioritize the relationships and programs with the greatest business impact.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B tech with a focus on partner, channel, or alliances marketing.
  • Proven ability to build partner marketing programs from the ground up and turn them into scalable, repeatable motions.
  • Track record of developing joint campaigns, co-branded content, partner enablement, events, and customer stories that generate measurable pipeline.
  • An exceptional communicator. You can take a technical capability and make it stick in one sentence. Writing, positioning, and live presentation are all strengths, not just one of them.
  • Experience working with technology services distributors, global BPOs, CCaaS and CX platforms, or system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, CRM workflows, attribution, and reporting.
  • A builder’s mindset: resourceful, data-informed, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and independently across Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Communications, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing partners, programs, funding opportunities, and competing requests.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ABM platforms, partner marketing tools, and AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
  • Clear communicator, proactive operator, and strategic thinker who can move quickly from planning to execution.
  • Comfortable in front of a room and on camera. You can deliver partner training and webinars yourself, not only produce the materials.
  • An AI-fluent working style, using AI tools to plan, draft, analyze, quality-check, and scale work while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and craft.
  • Fluency in the CX and contact-center world. You understand how BPOs, GSIs, enterprise CX teams, and CCaaS platforms operate, buy, and sell, so you can speak both the partner’s language and the end customer’s.

We highly appreciate all applications, however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview rounds.
