- Experience working in Mongo DB and able to build applications on Mongo DB
- Good experience in Kafka and able to create Kafka queues and have a good knowledge on how it works with Mongo and other custom applications
- Minimum 9+ years of IT experience in above technologies
- Good client communications and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work with multiple teams to achieve the project goals
