Plan, coordinate, and manage campus and community events including logistical, technical, and operational aspects. Oversee facility scheduling, contracts, vendor coordination, AV and theatre technical riders, rental billing, calendars, and revenue tracking. Monitor platform trends, maintain a consistent posting cadence, create multimedia assets for campaigns and launches, run performance reports, iterate on formats with the social team, and support larger marketing initiatives. Manage high-volume, complex invoicing and AR for projects, ensure accurate project setup in Deltek Vantagepoint, verify subcontractor/vendor invoices, support contract review, train and mentor project staff, produce forecasting and ad hoc financial reports, and resolve collections and billing issues with project managers and finance leaders.

Provide front-office administration including payroll and HR recordkeeping, manage accounts receivable/payable and cash handling, support and train front office teammates, ensure SOP compliance through monitoring and training, and deliver personable customer service to internal and external customers.

Provide executive support and sales operations coordination: manage executive calendars, travel, reports, dashboards, proposal and contract processes, CRM data integrity, cross-functional communications, meeting and project coordination, and process improvements to support business development and executive leadership.

Support day-to-day accounting for a metal recycling facility including AP/AR, vendor payments, reconciliations, invoicing, month-end close, general ledger maintenance, fixed asset tracking, and reporting while ensuring internal controls and resolving transaction discrepancies.
