Lead end-to-end capital projects in a chemical manufacturing environment, managing design, budgeting, scheduling, execution, commissioning, vendor contracts, and PSM activities (HAZOPs, MOC, PSSRs, LOPAs, SIS). Ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and strategic objectives while reporting status and risks to leadership.

Outside field sales role responsible for acquiring new residential and small commercial energy customers within a defined territory. Promote Agile and governance, coach teams, mitigate risks, and report to executive stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

Provide advanced technical support and subject-matter expertise for Relativity platforms (RelativityOne/Server), design and maintain complex workspaces and permissions, configure analytics/processing/imaging, develop event handlers and advanced search logic, deliver client-facing training/demos, mentor junior analysts, review deliverables, and maintain eDiscovery SOPs and best practices.

Provide proactive executive administrative support to the Vice President, manage calendars, prepare materials, capture meeting notes and action items, coordinate communications, and lead/coordinate strategic initiatives, events, and cross-team projects for advancement and communications.

Manage end-to-end pension scheme transitions (buy-in to buy-out), own transition plans, validate and QA scheme data, coordinate with Operations and clients to resolve issues, run residual risk due diligence, support origination and new propositions, and act as primary contact for transition queries.

Lead and develop application engineering and technical service teams to perform root-cause investigations, deliver defensible application recommendations, standardize lab practices, support cross-functional communication, drive customer validation and product adoption, and ensure compliance with scientific and safety standards.
