The Category Financial Analyst develops operating plans, forecasts, product P&L models, financial reports, and performance analyses for Logitech’s global Video Collaboration business. The role monitors KPIs, analyzes budget and forecast variances, identifies revenue risks and opportunities, evaluates business opportunities through ROI analysis, and advises product, portfolio, engineering, and commercial leaders. It also presents financial reviews, improves reporting processes, and supports financial tools and automation.

Lead higher education analytics implementations from discovery through configuration, validation, documentation, training, and handoff. Translate institutional practices into data model rules, mappings, cohorts, and calculations; configure Tableau or Power BI reports; investigate reconciliation issues; and coordinate resolution with clients, data engineers, product teams, and support staff. Manage multiple client projects, advise on higher education data use cases, and travel to client sites up to 10%.

Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social) to attract nonprofit clients. Analyze campaign and customer data to optimize ROI, identify decision-makers, generate leads, and coordinate hand-offs to client services and finance. Collaborate with partners, sales, and marketing to align acquisition efforts with firm goals.

Identifies, prospects, qualifies, and develops new Commercial and Multifamily business opportunities across North Alabama and the Southeast. Builds relationships with contractors, developers, architects, property owners, and other decision-makers; manages target-account pipelines; conducts meetings and site visits; supports discovery, quoting, and first-order conversion; coordinates pursuits with sales, estimating, and operations teams; and transitions qualified opportunities for long-term account management.

Lead client relationships through financial planning, investment advisory discussions, portfolio construction, and basic trading. Conduct client meetings and onboarding, oversee financial plan development, coordinate tax, estate, insurance, and benefits planning, and support associate advisor development. Contribute to marketing, business development, practice management, compliance, client service, and firm projects while maintaining operational processes and client confidentiality.

Provide systems engineering support for deployment, configuration, migration, and maintenance of a Dynamics/PowerApps Task Management solution in Azure and Office 365 environments. Lead installations, troubleshooting, data migration, testing, and documentation; act as technical escalation and SME for solution architecture; coordinate with clients and product leadership to support releases and roadmap.

Responsibilities include incident response, diagnostics, troubleshooting, Tier 3 support, system and network configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, connectivity, readiness reviews, and coordination with engineering teams and vendors. Lead brand-building and demand-generation for Loop AI: develop and execute marketing strategies, manage conference and event presence, craft messaging and content (blogs, case studies, social), analyze campaign performance, and continuously iterate on marketing initiatives to drive awareness and qualified leads.

Identify, engage, and qualify prospective public- and private-sector clients through outbound and inbound outreach. Manage CRM records, schedule discovery calls for senior team members, collaborate on messaging and outreach strategies, and support continuous improvement of business development processes.
