Drive new business through outbound prospecting, sales calls, and presentations. Collaborate with sales ops to streamline processes, use marketing automation to enhance outreach, and build client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes and data, build dashboards and reports, manage CRM activities, drive data quality and automation, support UAT, and deliver insights to improve revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Work with outside/counter sales to grow and service accounts, generate new and repeat sales, process orders/quotes/returns, recommend products, locate parts, coordinate deliveries, manage CRM records, and provide high-quality customer service while meeting monthly sales quotas. May require lifting up to 50 lbs and some travel.

Provide legal support for non-40 Act registered products, international distribution, private funds, institutional client agreements, vendor contracts and NDAs, and regulatory examinations; assist General Counsel and Head of Regulatory on legal projects.
