Full-cycle Senior Account Executive (hybrid, NYC metro) responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, cold outbound/calling, developing client relationships, structuring deals, and closing B2B SaaS sales. Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land sites for hyperscale data center development. Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, permitting and land-use analysis, negotiate purchase/lease agreements, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive site pre-development and portfolio-level decision-making while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Lead large-scale creator marketing campaigns across GoodPower's Creator Collective. Manage creators end-to-end from briefing to publication, negotiate content usage and coordinate with paid media, while tracking performance via Looker and other reporting tools. Build creator relationships, run community outreach, support RCT research, ensure compliance with platform and disclosure rules, and optimize SMS opt-ins and tracking for measurement.

Design, develop, test, and maintain customer and employee applications. Provide production support, review and optimize SQL, write Web APIs with token-based auth, perform impact analysis, collaborate on architecture and improvements, and follow release and testing processes.
