Performs internal and external account reconciliations, balances deposit and general ledger accounts, processes return items and adjusting transactions, and conducts positive pay routines. Manages reconciliation workloads, quality controls, documentation, audits, and escheatment processing while meeting service-level agreements. Serve as a senior technical contributor across functions and communicate findings through presentations and written reports.

Build and scale Inscribe’s partner-sourced revenue channel across referral, white-label, reseller, and integration models. Source, qualify, negotiate, and close partnerships; manage contracts, technical reviews, enablement, renewals, and expansions. Carry partner revenue quota, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal, and represent partner needs internally while providing market and competitive feedback.

Supports general accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and project accounting. Performs job costing, project setup, WIP and revenue recognition support, invoice processing, payment application, timesheet review, vendor documentation, and audit support. Collaborates with project managers, vendors, clients, auditors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and meeting recurring deadlines.

Coordinates recruiting, interviews, hiring events, onboarding, employee assignment support, staffing records, client communication, and recruiting activity reporting. Serves as a bilingual English-Spanish contact for candidates and employees, resolves questions, tracks hiring progress, supports compliance documentation, and helps address attendance or assignment concerns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages clinical and operational agreements, including clinical trial, confidentiality, master services, consulting, and informed consent agreements. Advises stakeholders on contractual risks, intellectual property, indemnification, liability, confidentiality, compliance, and regulatory considerations. Maintains templates, playbooks, and contract workflows; supports lifecycle management, audits, training, issue resolution, and process improvements across clinical operations.

Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns by maintaining trackers, timelines, creator communications, content reviews, approvals, launch readiness, reporting materials, and community engagement. Monitor deliverables, identify delays or missing requirements, organize localized assets across markets, document status updates, and escalate sensitive issues. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting complex creator campaigns and developing campaign management skills.

Drive revenue by owning the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through close. Develop territory strategies, uncover customer needs, deliver product demonstrations, communicate value to executives and decision-makers, forecast revenue, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. The role also contributes to building NationGraph’s early sales engine and strategy.
