Owns strategic North American B2B accounts across industrial and electrical markets. Responsibilities include developing commercial strategies, managing sales budgets, pricing, margins, forecasts, profitability, negotiations, contracts, business development, customer relationships, and new product introductions. Develop reliable, scalable, observable systems with safe write-back, enterprise API integrations, cloud infrastructure, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and rapid AI-assisted iteration.

Develops practical automation concepts for customer manufacturing challenges, including technical proposals, scopes of work, estimates, presentations, and project documentation. Collaborates with sales, mechanical, electrical, controls, project management, manufacturing, and build teams to validate solutions and support project handoffs. Participates in customer meetings and travels up to 10% for discovery, scoping, and technical discussions. Applies sound engineering judgment, identifies risks, manages multiple opportunities, and mentors less-experienced engineers.
