Sell digital marketing solutions (websites, search/display/social ads, SEO, reputation management) to small businesses through cold calling, territory prospecting, virtual/in-person presentations, and account management to build recurring revenue and client retention.

As a Software Engineer, you will design solutions, write quality code, collaborate with teams, and ensure efficient data delivery for client applications.

Manage system configuration, maintain infrastructure availability, assist on projects, be available for on-call response, ensure compliance with internal control standards, and deliver strong customer service to guests and team members.

Investigate and diagnose complex customer issues using telemetry, GPS, IoT, and application data; build repeatable solutions, automations, and playbooks; communicate technical findings clearly to customers; collaborate with Product and Engineering to eliminate recurring problems and improve customer workflows using AI and data analysis.

Investigate card transaction disputes (fraud and non-fraud), determine eligibility under card-network rules, manage intake-to-resolution, collect evidence, communicate with customers and partners, escalate fraud or account-takeover cases, maintain records, and use AI/automation to improve dispute processes and efficiency.

Lead multiple features and departments across the game lifecycle, owning schedules, risk and scope mitigation, feature delivery, issue resolution, team communication, and mentoring production staff to ensure timely, high-quality milestone releases.

Lead project accounting across the project life cycle: set and monitor budgets, produce invoicing and backup, post transactions, review unbilled costs, support audits, advise Project Managers on financial status and contract issues, mentor junior staff, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Lead an integrated major and planned giving team, develop strategy to drive transformational lifetime and legacy gifts, manage donor portfolios, coach staff, partner with executives and board, use data to measure impact, and represent Oregon Humane externally to grow long-term philanthropic revenue.
