Generate leads and build B2B client relationships via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and meetings. Present solutions, prepare offers, close contracts, use in-house CRM, attend events, and travel to maintain accounts.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sage X3/500 sales team: maintain CRM records, prepare quotes and orders, validate pricing and documentation, manage contracts and e-signatures, track order status, coordinate internal teams, support month/quarter-end activities, and identify process improvements to increase sales administration efficiency.

Mentor accounting staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Process and review new business paperwork for variable and fixed annuity policies, enter data, check and resolve NIGOs, perform suitability reviews, assist with maintenance and withdrawal transactions, provide contract and transaction information to agents and clients, and support special projects and the internal administrative platform.

Provide legal counsel to leadership, manage corporate governance, contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Supervise outside counsel, lead HR operations including talent, compensation, payroll oversight, performance reviews, and build scalable HR/legal systems to minimize external spend and mitigate risk.

Lead development and execution of a middle-market contract surety go-to-market strategy. Build and manage an underwriting team and portfolio, draft underwriting criteria, ensure portfolio stays within appetite, collaborate with brokers and customers, maintain compliance and documentation, and monitor competitive landscape.

Lead partnership and marketplace strategy, negotiate and structure complex alliances, drive post-signature GTM and co-selling motions, own marketplace listings and revenue growth, coordinate cross-functional enablement, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations.

Provide frontline IT support for Breeze team members: troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; manage user accounts and permissions in Azure AD and Microsoft 365; support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices; maintain asset records; assist with Teams and meeting-room equipment; monitor enterprise systems; perform installs, minor repairs, and project work; participate in rotating on-call and shift schedules.
