Senior Project Manager to lead a City of Charlotte PeopleSoft upgrade and related projects. Requires 10+ years project management, PMP (or equivalent), PeopleSoft and HR experience, and experience with PeopleSoft upgrades (9.0->9.1 minimum; 9.1->9.2 preferred). 18-24 month rotational leadership development program exposing associates to sales, route operations, product management, and commercial execution. Participants complete manager-guided curriculum, assume progressive supervisory duties, use handheld systems and route equipment, and travel (~30%) across regional locations prior to placement in a supervisory sales role.
