Support high-volume private equity, M&A and financing transactions by reviewing, drafting and negotiating NDAs and ancillary documents using client playbooks and Scisseros AI-enabled platform. Manage dealership finance operations: structure deals for profitability, consult customers on financing and products, ensure compliance with laws and company procedures, meet product sales goals, and maintain high customer service (CSI).
