Lead Americas enterprise sales for a global data environment vendor: own quota, scale and coach a MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-driven sales organization, close complex SDS/storage deals with enterprise and channel partners, deliver predictable forecasting, and build relationships with VARs, SIs and cloud hyperscalers.

Provide inbound technical support via phone and email, create technical documentation, assist advanced sales, complete lighting layouts with CAD-like software, collaborate on warranty/RMA processing, and work with Product Managers and Engineering to maintain product data and timelines.

Implement and support SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityNow/IIQ), configure LCM workflows and connectors, create SoD rules, manage access provisioning/deprovisioning, remediate audit findings, train teammates, and support incident/problem resolution to meet IAM transformation objectives.

Recruit, screen, and interview candidates; manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding support. Maintain candidate experience, ensure compliance with employment laws, and collaborate with hiring managers. Role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and use of ATS/HRIS.

Write compliant, evaluator-ready technical and management proposal volumes for DoD/space customers. Decompose solicitations, produce compliance matrices, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain reusable content, and manage proposal schedules to win contracts across RFPs, OTAs, SBIRs, and other acquisition vehicles.

Support North America commercial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Maintain planning databases and tools, coordinate forecast submissions, monitor retailer performance, support allocations, sampling, NPD and promotions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and improve planning processes.

Manage the community business office including AR/AP/payroll, resident files and leases, supervise front desk staff, coordinate employee records and benefits, and serve as Manager on Duty when the Executive Director is absent.
