Senior SQL Developer responsible for designing, developing, migrating and supporting Microsoft SQL Server databases and BI solutions. Build T-SQL objects, SSIS packages, automation jobs, perform performance tuning, lead L2/L3 and offshore teams, support upgrades and transitions, and create test scenarios and documentation.

The Compliance Specialist processes rental applications, maintains resident files, completes Tax Credit certifications, and verifies income and rental history for applicants and residents.
