Lead full sales cycle for KAYAK for Business: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and support implementation. Build pipeline, close complex corporate travel deals, act as trusted advisor, and share market feedback with product, marketing, and operations to drive client success and growth.

Lead AML/CFT compliance for ISO Sponsorship/Merchant Services, Payments, and Commercial Banking. Develop, implement, and monitor AML/CFT/OFAC policies, sanctions screening, onboarding, and fraud controls. Manage team performance, regulatory examinations, audits, reporting to executives and the board, vendor relationships, and training. Track regulatory changes, update risk assessments, and coordinate with law enforcement. Support payments expansion and ensure compliance across payment rails.

Support monthly close and financial statement consolidation; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules; maintain general ledger; coordinate property accountants' reporting; assist with SEC filings, audits, acquisitions integration, and variance analysis; produce internal and external financial reporting.

Manage end-to-end coordination of Summit 3.0 pilots: plan roadmaps, scope and design pilots with school leaders, serve as day-to-day project manager, track implementation and data, produce learning memos, support focal school redesign, and improve pilot systems and playbooks.

Lead and deliver production ML systems end-to-end: design CI/CD and deployment architecture, build real-time and batch feature pipelines, implement automated retraining and monitoring with drift detection, optimize inference latency and costs, establish SLOs and incident response, and collaborate with applied scientists, engineers, and product to produce measurable customer impact while mentoring teammates.
