We're looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and partnering with producers to help businesses protect what matters most.
What You'll Do- Serve as a trusted advisor for commercial insurance clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Prepare new business and renewal submissions, review coverage options, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
- Partner closely with producers to support account growth and retention.
- Analyze policies for accuracy and identify coverage opportunities that benefit clients.
- Manage policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, claims support, and renewals.
- Maintain detailed account records and ensure timely, accurate service.
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Missouri Property & Casualty License
- 2+ years of commercial insurance account management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and agency management systems such as AMS360
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to excellence
- Insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, CLU, etc.) are a plus

- Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance License
