Provide first- and second-tier technical support for PCs, servers, and mainframe applications; triage and resolve incidents via ticketing systems; coordinate escalations with network, systems, and development teams; support evaluation and testing of end-user computing solutions; consult with client staff on PC and LAN issues to restore service and identify root causes.

Build and maintain backend systems for a large-scale community platform: design APIs, improve performance and scalability, ship well-tested features, triage production issues, mentor engineers, and help define AI-assisted development practices and architecture.

Provide day-to-day litigation support to attorneys and paralegals: prepare, proofread, and e-file legal documents; manage dockets and files; assist client engagement and billing; supervise office assistants and track CLE requirements.

Lead IT operations, teams, and vendor relationships; own service delivery, incident/change management, network and endpoint security, DR/BC planning, and full lifecycle IT project delivery. Act as business partner to translate firm needs into IT initiatives, enforce compliance and SLAs, and drive modernization and continuous improvement.

Administer IAM platforms (Azure Entra ID, AD, SailPoint), implement SSO/MFA/conditional access, manage provisioning/deprovisioning and PAM, perform access reviews and audits, integrate applications with IAM protocols, automate workflows, investigate access incidents, support compliance (SOX, NERC CIP), and participate in on-call and emergency response.
