Provide front-desk reception and office administration: answer phones, greet clients, handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, log client correspondence, enter and distribute business transactions, maintain stock room and order supplies, and perform ad-hoc tasks for site and regional managers.

Provide excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, support branch management and B2B sales growth, ensure vehicles and facilities are clean and presentable, and assist with daily branch operations.

Support programmatic account teams to set up, monitor, optimize and report on OOH programmatic campaigns. Respond to briefs, manage delivery and pacing across DSPs and proprietary platforms, produce weekly/monthly performance analysis, assist reconciliation and pipeline management, and help optimize media supply and client relationships.

Design, implement, commission, and close out access control and video surveillance projects for NYC and enterprise customers. Coordinate internal teams, program security systems (Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, etc.), configure networks, firewalls, and servers, and perform on-site commissioning and troubleshooting.

Prepare and review US tax provisions and federal, state, and local tax returns for insurance and non-insurance entities. Support tax compliance, information filings for foreign entities, audits, tax planning recommendations, and use systems to improve processes. Collaborate with Tax Manager, external specialists, operations, and third-party vendors.

Lead, coordinate, and evaluate community programs, events, and case management on Indianapolis' Far Eastside. Manage logistics, volunteers, data collection, reporting, partner relationships, and provide operational support while ensuring grant compliance and program outcomes. Support leadership and supervise program support staff.
