Maintain ACCME accreditation and compliance, handle reporting, build stakeholder relationships, evaluate program effectiveness, and collaborate with internal teams to support member engagement.

Lead and build FedEx Digital's release communications function: translate technical product changes into clear customer and commercial messaging, create scalable processes and governance for many releases, coordinate cross-functional launch readiness, produce customer-facing content (release notes, emails, KB, FAQs), and own incident communications to minimize surprises and support business outcomes.

Supports Corporate Counsel by drafting, reviewing, formatting, routing, and tracking clinical research and corporate agreements. Maintains contract templates, playbooks, standard operating procedures, legal documentation, and contract lifecycle systems. Collaborates with clinical operations, finance, compliance, business development, vendors, sponsors, CROs, and research sites. Assists with compliance initiatives, basic legal research, risk identification, and scalable legal process improvements.

Supports Snapchat content syndication through publishing, scheduling, content calendar management, quality control, headline writing, thumbnail creation, analytics monitoring, and trend reporting. Participates in brainstorming and channel growth strategy while gaining experience with short-form content, audience development, digital media operations, and monetization.

Lead product marketing for assigned product lines: develop strategic marketing and pricing plans, conduct competitive and international market research, create sales tools and collateral, support product development and launches, train dealers, travel with sales teams, and represent the company at trade shows to grow market share and support sales.

Support DoD and commercial clients on corrosion prevention projects for air, ground, and sea systems. Duties include field inspections, testing, data analysis, specification writing, prototype design, presentation development, and project support. Role includes travel, client interaction, and increasing technical/management responsibility with experience.

Coordinates high-volume logistics and supply chain operations, including shipment planning, freight quotes, driver routing, vendor communication, inbound freight, and issue resolution. Supports multiple shipping facilities, manages customer portals and ticketing systems, addresses disruptions, analyzes logistics performance, and recommends process improvements. Requires strong collaboration, customer service, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and logistics platforms.
