Lead and drive digital transformation across business and IS/IT: assess digital maturity, define roadmaps, deliver Digital/Data/AI products, facilitate networks, run the AI Council, coach teams, manage adoption, and develop training and communications to enable change.

Provide advanced technical support for stamping operations, optimize transfer press processes and die performance, troubleshoot forming and transfer issues, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement (TPS), support die tryouts and production launches, implement countermeasures to improve quality, productivity, and die life, and manage related engineering projects.

Support website content editing, formatting, and publishing. Update job listings and resources, optimize content for SEO and accessibility, test site functionality, integrate multimedia, and collaborate with marketing to maintain brand voice and improve usability.

Lead client acquisition and account strategy for promotional products: present capabilities, develop growth plans and forecasts, manage projects and cross-functional teams, support e-commerce merchandising and data setup, and ensure client satisfaction and campaign execution to meet revenue goals.

Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director (scheduling, meetings, correspondence, special projects). Manage front office (reception, phone, mail, occasional client intake). Serve as board liaison (logistics, materials, records). Support events, records management, finance, HR, technology, and general office administration while handling confidential information professionally.

Part-time development internship supporting donor research, grant identification and support, donor communications, event engagement, operational tasks, and project/analytics work (including survey design). Interns will work with advocacy, legal, communications, operations, and development teams to advance ACLU of Texas fundraising and stewardship goals.
