Provide guidance and enrollment support for ACA, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, and Medicare clients. Manage an assigned book of business, conduct outreach during enrollment periods, assist with applications and policy changes, generate referrals and leads, maintain client records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client retention and compliance.
