Provide hands-on desktop, network, and virtualization support for manufacturing and office staff across multiple Texas sites. Troubleshoot systems, deploy/configure IT assets, assist with backup and disaster recovery, document procedures, support after-hours requests, and collaborate with Systems Administrators to maintain smooth 24-hour operations.
