Own the post-sale lifecycle for approximately 60 mid-market OnitX customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, guide customers toward legal operations outcomes, monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, conduct business reviews, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Account Management. Share customer feedback and best practices to improve customer success operations.

Executes daily empty-container planning and repositioning across vessels, barges, feeders, rail, and truck. Maintains equipment inventory accuracy, creates shipments and work orders, monitors overdue equipment, coordinates with terminals and operations teams, updates reports and dashboards, manages customs documentation, reviews invoices, controls positioning costs, and supports vendor performance monitoring. Review schedule accuracy, track milestones, critical paths, delays, risks, and variances, and prepare portfolio reporting and progress summaries. Support baseline development, schedule revisions, change analysis, documentation, and schedule health metrics. The role also contributes to scheduling process improvements and requires clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Supports actuarial management through a three-year rotation program across actuarial and related business teams. Performs pricing, trend, forecasting, reserving, network, segment, provider value, gross margin, and financial analyses for ACA, Medicare, Group, and other insurance lines. Develops actuarial science and insurance expertise while progressing toward the FSA designation. The role is open to remote or in-person candidates.
