Build and run a greenfield sponsorship program for two media platforms: prospect and close YouTube and podcast sponsors, create repeatable packages and pricing, develop outreach and sales process, manage integrations and CTAs, and drive renewals and partner growth. Close initial pilot deals and formalize reporting within first 60 days.
