Assist customers in obtaining vehicle financing by managing loan origination and lender relationships, completing required federal/state/dealer paperwork promptly, presenting ancillary products (service contracts, GAP), and meeting monthly customer satisfaction goals.

Sell vehicles by greeting and guiding customers through the purchase process, matching buyers to suitable vehicles, demonstrating features and benefits, negotiating terms between customers and management, and helping ensure inventory is merchandised and ready for sale.

Greet customers, assess needs, present vehicles and financing, offer test drives, handle paperwork accurately, close deals, maintain product knowledge, build long-term customer relationships, collaborate with finance and service teams, and meet/exceed sales goals.

Lead and coach lot technicians to manage vehicle flow, coordinate deliveries and transfers, maintain inventory accuracy and lot safety, support Sales and Service, train staff, and ensure a clean, customer-ready dealership environment.

Drive RV sales from lead to close in a commission-based dealership role. Provide phone, online, and in-person customer service, negotiate deals, follow up for referrals, and meet monthly sales goals. Training provided; weekends and flexible hours required.

Manage dealership office accounting (cash management, AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end), coordinate title work and inventory posting, support office staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with the controller and department managers to resolve reporting discrepancies.
