Sell new Mercedes-Benz vehicles; guide customers through the buying process, deliver world-class customer service, and maintain deep product and buying-process knowledge to close sales.

Plan and manage process design, improvements, budgets, and timelines; ensure compliance with safety and industry standards; mentor engineering staff; collaborate with production, suppliers, and global teams to troubleshoot, analyze production data, and reduce defects and carbon footprint.

Manage all accounting, finance and payroll functions including internal controls, financial reporting, audits, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and supervising accounting staff. Develop processes and collaborate with management on financial strategy while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and supporting team performance.

Supervise outbound warehouse team to meet SOPs and KPIs, manage TMS/ERP shipping processes, schedule and train staff, ensure compliance, perform data entry and reporting, and drive process improvements for TL, LTL and parcel shipments.

Provide day-to-day office support including filing, record keeping, scanning, cash transactions, and administrative assistance to sales and other departments. Maintain accurate cash records, collaborate with the Finance Document Processor, and support office operations Monday to Friday daytime.

Serve as the dealership's internet sales link: respond to phone, email and live chat leads, present product and initial financing information, schedule and follow up on appointments, use CRM daily, and support team and process development to convert leads into showroom visits and sales.

Lead and coach Sales and Service BDC teams to drive appointment growth and customer engagement. Oversee internet leads, inbound/outbound contact campaigns, appointment scheduling, CRM documentation, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales and Service leadership for handoffs, enforce compliance standards, manage staffing and payroll, and promote a customer-focused, measurable-results culture.

Lead day-to-day operations across Client Activation & Support, Audit, Content/Social, Co-Op, and Project Management. Manage and develop team leads, enforce SLAs and quality standards, drive process improvement and KPI reporting, support recruiting and vendor/invoice oversight, and ensure cross-functional alignment while reporting performance to the Sr. VP of Operations.
