We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Finance Assistant to join our growing dealership team. This individual will work closely with the Finance Director and Finance Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting the daily operations of the Finance Department.
Responsibilities- Assist Finance Managers with daily deal processing and contract preparation.
- Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Coordinate with lenders to secure financing approvals and funding.
- Verify customer information and required documentation.
- Monitor deal funding and contract-in-transit schedules.
- Maintain compliance with dealership, manufacturer, state, and federal regulations.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to facilitate timely deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchase process.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
