Design, evaluate, test, and maintain machine control systems and related electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic controls. Develop and review PLC ladder logic, HMI programs, and safety PLC integrations; troubleshoot equipment, perform audits, support manufacturing teams, manage supplier delivery, and maintain project documentation.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers—run kickoff and discovery, coordinate technical integrations and graphics, train users, track progress in HubSpot, resolve onboarding blockers, and hand off to Customer Success while improving onboarding processes.
