Jaguar Land Rover of Buffalo and Genesis of Buffalo are looking to add an experienced luxury brand Sales Associate to our existing teams.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Sell and deliver a minimum amount of vehicles each month
- Write a complete sales order and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems
- Attend all product, sales, and employment related trainings as instructed by management
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a prospect development system.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Know and understand the federal, state and local laws that govern retail auto sales.
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Fully explain the product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
- Follow up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Schedule:
- 5 day work week, Sundays off and one weekday.
- Availability Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm and every Saturday 9am - 5pm required.
Qualifications:
- Luxury sales experience required, automotive preferred
- Successful Sales / Customer Service experience
- Exceptionally strong communication skils
- Valid Driver's License
