Oversee and execute the Harley-Davidson dealership’s marketing strategy, including campaigns, advertising, public relations, community events, market research, promotions, budgets, and performance analysis. Manage customer outreach, establish departmental objectives and procedures, train marketing staff, coordinate with dealership leadership and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and support revenue and expense goals across dealership locations.

Supports 300mm wafer lithography manufacturing by maintaining track processes and equipment health, executing experiments and DOE studies, analyzing process data, monitoring CD, overlay, focus, exposure, and defectivity, investigating excursions, supporting lot disposition, and partnering cross-functionally on troubleshooting, qualifications, tool matching, yield improvement, and manufacturing readiness.

Oversee the dealership sales desk, structure and approve vehicle deals, support Sales Consultants, and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Analyze financing, trade-ins, incentives, pricing, and deal performance; coach sales staff on negotiations and closing; monitor leads, appointments, sales metrics, inventory, and compliance; resolve escalated customer issues; and coordinate transitions to the F&I department.

Engage dealership customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, including greeting, vehicle presentations, demonstrations, test drives, leasing explanations, online and phone inquiries, CRM and DMS documentation, delivery coordination, and follow-up. Support sales and finance managers, maintain customer satisfaction and compliance standards, and assist with vehicle readiness, merchandising, movement, cleaning, and showroom operations.

Contacts prospective and existing vehicle customers by phone, text, and email; answers inquiries, conducts high-volume outbound outreach, schedules and confirms qualified sales appointments, documents interactions, and coordinates with dealership teams. Requires professional communication, organization, dependability, goal orientation, and comfort learning multiple software systems. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible Monday-through-Sunday shifts and hourly pay plus performance-based commission.
