Lead CrossFit's global finance organization, overseeing financial planning, capital allocation, operational finance, and large P&L management. Partner with executive leadership to drive growth, private equity value creation, transformation, and strengthen the affiliate and membership business model while building high-performing finance teams.

Design and rapidly fabricate mechanical, electrical, and sensor prototypes for robotics research. Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate experiments into CAD, PCBs, wiring, sensor/actuator integration, and validated end-to-end prototype systems. Build fixtures, test rigs, and tooling; perform hands-on assembly, debugging, and documentation to support real-world deployments.

Prepare tax closings and tax returns; coordinate planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up; research tax and accounting issues; analyze client accounting records and financial statements; work with QuickBooks and other client software; review journal entries; communicate with clients and management; mentor and train junior staff.

Manage and optimize the company website, mobile app, social media, and loyalty channels. Plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns; coordinate with partners (e.g., DoorDash, Grubhub); monitor loyalty performance and online reputation; provide data-driven recommendations and collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and continuous improvement of digital customer experiences.

Manage a pipeline of 30+ grants, prepare and monitor grant budgets and billings, ensure compliance with government regulations, produce financial reports and amendments, and lead financial projects to improve platform, policies, and audit readiness.

Greet clients, answer and route calls, schedule and manage appointments, update client records and insurance information, collect payments, process referrals, maintain confidential files per HIPAA, support front office clerical tasks, and assist with special projects.
