The ABA Regional Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, support providers in scaling ABA practices, and improve profitability by analyzing performance metrics and developing growth strategies. Responsibilities include project management, provider communication, and overseeing customer experience operations.

Provide onsite IT support for onboarding and ongoing operations: image, configure, deploy, ship, and track laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; manage asset inventory, telecom billing, badge access, conference AV, and structured cabling; coordinate hardware procurement and vendor relationships; assist with account provisioning, Group Policy administration, MFA, and archived data requests; work closely with remote IT teams to ensure timely deployments and a smooth employee onboarding experience.

Verify candidate information by contacting academic institutions, employers, military organizations, and references. Handle inbound/outbound calls, document findings accurately, escalate complex cases, follow quality guidelines, and use multiple computer applications to maintain data integrity for client reports.

Support debit card operations by monitoring transactions for fraud, investigating disputes, processing card maintenance (new/replacement/renewals/PIN/travel notices), handling chargebacks and recoveries, assisting customers and staff, documenting investigations, and ensuring compliance with Regulation E, bank policy, and network rules.

Perform month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, biweekly payroll processing, accounts payable, client funds administration, and support financial reporting, audits, and compliance for a nonprofit finance team.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining personnel records, processing applications, answering routine employee questions, assisting with onboarding and benefits, auditing files, liaising with vendors, and supporting events and clerical HR tasks.

Design, configure, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements. Provide architectural guidance, script Business Rules/Client Scripts/ACLs, support multiple instances, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze system performance and large data sets, and apply Agile and ITSM best practices.

Manage client SEO campaigns including audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, analytics analysis, and coordination with web teams. Improve local search performance, implement metadata and content changes, and communicate technical recommendations to drive organic traffic and leads.

Sell new and used vehicles using consultative techniques: demonstrate vehicles, build customer relationships, follow up for referrals, learn product features, meet sales objectives, and report to the Sales Manager. Work flexible hours and weekends with a professional appearance and valid driver's license.

Manage financial and regulatory accounting for a portfolio of captive insurance clients. Prepare journal entries, financial statements, NAIC and statutory reports, premium and excise tax returns, and board materials. Support audits, regulatory examinations, and client communications, while mentoring junior staff and expanding responsibilities on more complex accounts.
