Serves as the primary contractor liaison to the Government and ensures Army digital communications, websites, CMS platforms, social media, analytics, knowledge management, customer support, and AI capabilities meet contractual and strategic objectives.

Build end-to-end product features with a backend emphasis: design databases, develop backend services and APIs, own infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments), optimize performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and scalability.
