Consult with clients in their homes to present, measure, and specify custom window treatments, close sales, and prepare design specifications. Provide paralegal support for insurance defense matters: prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial materials; conduct legal research; manage case files and calendars; communicate with clients and witnesses; file court documents; and assist attorneys at hearings, depositions, and trials. Expected to meet 120 billable hours per month.

Design and prepare plans for rural and municipal roadway projects including alignments, drainage/crossings, erosion control, estimates, NEPA support, and project coordination with agencies and public stakeholders.

Oversee financial and operational success of construction projects from initiation to completion: manage budgets, billing, collections, resource allocation, vendor relationships, risk mitigation, performance metrics, and mentor operational teams. Collaborate with Finance and Executive leadership, lead pre-bid reviews and project planning, participate in recruitment, and execute project recovery as needed. Frequent travel for site visits.

Sell Vermeer heavy equipment, parts and services across the territory; build customer relationships; maintain customer records in CDK; perform equipment demos using technical expertise in hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics; stay current on inventory, finance plans, and manufacturer programs; travel extensively and follow safety procedures.
