Drive product and manufacturing quality through inspection planning, root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier and customer quality management, ISO compliance, process capability studies, and continuous improvement initiatives in electronics manufacturing.

Provide high-level executive and personal support to the Founder/Publisher: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle inbox and communications, liaise with accountants and advisors, oversee contracts, track packages/gifts, and maintain strict discretion.

Lead marketing and communications for development: PR, publications, website and social media management, SEO, email campaigns, content creation (photo/video), vendor coordination, and promotion to drive fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community awareness.
