Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization with emphasis on property management, maintenance, and leasing roles: define needs with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend and negotiate offers, maintain ATS records (Paylocity), and hand off new hires to onboarding. Build candidate pipelines, manage external recruiting partners, represent the organization at outreach events, and perform recruiting projects as assigned.
