Staff Technical Program Manager will lead execution for emerging AI-native products from discovery through general availability. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering pods and cross-functional teams, defining milestones and launch-readiness criteria, managing risks and dependencies, establishing operating cadences and health metrics, improving program-management systems, and coaching technical leaders and peer program managers. The role requires strong technical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, executive communication, and experience launching products in emerging-technology environments.

Owns the People technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, learning, screening, and related platforms. Administers employee lifecycle transactions, maintains data governance, configures workflows, supports integrations, builds automations, and develops workforce reports and dashboards. Partners with IT and Engineering on system improvements, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions while ensuring data accuracy, privacy, security, and scalable People Operations.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails to e-commerce and Shopify merchants. Research accounts, tailor messaging, qualify prospects, book meetings, maintain accurate CRM activity, test outreach strategies, share market feedback, and meet pipeline targets. The role offers coaching and a performance-based path to Account Executive.

Conduct application security assessments, discover and validate vulnerabilities, analyze complex codebases, build custom security tooling, perform threat modeling and architecture reviews, and deliver actionable findings to clients. Independently own assessment workstreams, develop proof-of-concept exploits, communicate technical conclusions, review team work, and contribute to security research, open-source tools, and technical writing.

Maintains operational metrics, reporting dashboards, brand standards, and process improvements while supporting multiple digital initiatives.

Own a core Revel platform area from conception through launch. Develop product vision and roadmaps, identify user needs and market opportunities, write product requirements, define milestones, coordinate engineers, and align stakeholders. Work directly with leadership and customers, use real hardware configurations and test data, and ship products for technical users in complex hardware environments.

Own Narmi’s accounting function end to end, including month-end and quarter-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audits, tax, controls, billing, cash management, and reconciliations. Build scalable accounting processes, determine outsourcing strategy, improve tooling and documentation, and advise founders and the board on accounting decisions.

Owns Onshore’s brand design from concept through launch across product marketing, sales enablement, social, web, events, and print. Builds and extends the visual system, creates templates, translates complex industry concepts into clear visuals, manages multiple projects independently, and maintains brand consistency across platforms. Collaborates closely with marketing and leadership while preparing final assets for digital and print publication.

Manage and grow pet-industry retail sales across the Middle America territory. Responsibilities include acquiring new stores and accounts, developing distributor and retailer relationships, meeting sales targets, managing budgets, forecasting, monitoring market trends, coordinating product launches and promotions, supporting order fulfillment, and representing brands at industry events. The role is remote and requires approximately 75% travel.

Own end-to-end technical implementation delivery for strategic public-sector accounts in SaaS and regulated environments. Lead architecture, deployment, integrations, data modeling, product development, system health, security, and compliance. Manage implementation pods, mentor technical teams, build senior customer relationships, support presales and expansion opportunities, and translate field needs into product improvements. The role requires extensive enterprise architecture and deployment experience, strong technical communication, and eligibility for Public Trust access, with onsite availability in the DC, Virginia, or Maryland area.
