Supports employee experience, talent acquisition coordination, onboarding and offboarding, people operations projects, and compliance programming. Manages office operations across three Virginia offices, including supplies, vendors, facilities, IT and meeting logistics. Provides administrative and calendar support to C-suite leaders, coordinates events, improves workflows, and handles sensitive information with discretion. The role is in-person in Tysons Corner with periodic travel to Virginia and New York offices.
