Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Technology Senior Specialist to manage, optimize, and evolve our marketing automation platforms. This role is crucial in driving successful campaign execution, audience engagement, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will proficiently leverage platforms such as Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer and provide essential support, training, and strategic guidance to cross-functional marketing teams.

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Travel Requirement: Minimal (0–10%)

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Management:

  • Manage daily operations, performance, and upkeep of marketing automation platforms including Marketo, Vibes, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

  • Ensure smooth integration and reliable data flow between marketing platforms and other business systems to support accurate segmentation and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing platform capabilities, automation, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Act as the primary support contact for internal marketing teams regarding platform-related queries, issues, or requests.

  • Collaborate closely with campaign and channel managers to ensure effective utilization of marketing technologies for targeting, personalization, and automation.

  • Partner with internal IT teams, analytics specialists, and external vendors to troubleshoot technical challenges and deploy new features.

Training & Resource Management:

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team proficiency, boost platform adoption, and reinforce industry best practices.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation, playbooks, user guides, and configuration materials for consistent and efficient platform usage.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Degree, certification, or demonstrated proficiency in marketing technology, automation, digital marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or email campaign management.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance using platforms such as Marketo and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and their integration with Marketo.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills adaptable to diverse audience segments.

  • Deep understanding of lead nurturing strategies, audience segmentation, and automated workflows within marketing systems.

  • Strong project management capabilities with proven skill in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-departmental collaboration with technical teams and leadership.

  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, social media, and other digital marketing channels is advantageous.

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is beneficial.

  • Background in membership-driven organizations, HR-focused marketing, or event marketing is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Marketo Certified Associate (MCA)

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE)

  • Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA)
