Own the full B2B sales cycle for SaferFleet’s emerging fleet safety and risk intelligence business. Prospect commercial fleet customers, conduct discovery, demonstrate solutions, build partnerships, close deals, and transition customers. Develop expertise in fleet safety, telematics, MVR monitoring, compliance, insurance, and claims while providing customer feedback to shape product, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Build relationships with new and existing customers, provide product advice, process orders and payments using in-house systems, arrange deliveries, update accounts, maintain stock levels, conduct stock counts, and help keep the branch clean and customer-ready. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to identify improvements and delivering a positive customer experience through face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Oversees quality assurance, documentation, case-file reviews, contractual and regulatory compliance, outcome reporting, corrective actions, data tracking, funding utilization, and preparation for internal and external monitoring.
