What Success Looks Like

We are looking for someone who will actively own the recruiting pipeline. The priority is not simply completing a set number of hours each week, but keeping open positions moving, maintaining an active candidate pipeline, and helping us successfully place qualified candidates.

The role is structured for up to 10 hours per week, but if hiring demand increases and the workload consistently exceeds that expectation, we are open to reviewing and adjusting the arrangement.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for a consistent, flexible, fully remote part-time contract role.
