Owns the systems roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder relationships, governance, platform health, KPIs, and delivery planning. Builds and manages the internal platform team, transitions work from contractors, oversees hiring and performance, coordinates system expansion, and reports progress to executive stakeholders.

Support attorneys with administrative tasks in litigation, manage correspondence, schedule meetings, create documents and maintain records, and perform general office duties.

Lead Salesforce development and integrations across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Design and review Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, optimize SOQL and bulk processing, manage CI/CD and version control, enforce security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), implement test automation, and coordinate releases and environment deployments while collaborating with admins, stakeholders, and other IT teams.

Processes invoices, payments, expense transactions, and vendor records; reconciles vendor statements and general ledger accounts; prepares journal entries and close documentation; supports audits, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls; researches discrepancies, maintains accurate accounting records, collaborates across departments, and identifies process improvements.

Supports attorneys throughout personal injury litigation by researching legal sources, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and trial documents. Organizes exhibits, evidence, briefs, client files, and case materials; assists with trials, depositions, witness preparation, client interviews, and legal research. Manages litigation-team workflow and support staff, maintains confidentiality, handles deadlines, and performs routine office duties.

Lead engineering execution and technical direction while remaining approximately 75% hands-on. Responsibilities include developing LLM- and AI-powered products, coding, code review, debugging, platform performance, sprint planning, cross-functional coordination, technical mentorship, recruiting, and supporting engineers’ growth. The role partners closely with founders and product teams and offers a path toward Engineering Manager responsibilities.
