Serves as the COO’s strategic partner and trusted proxy, driving enterprise priorities, cross-functional initiatives, governance forums, executive communications, and Board committee materials. Leads planning, consensus building, special projects, and collaboration with senior leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders. The role combines strategic counsel, hands-on execution, team leadership, and operational coordination to advance healthcare strategy, consumer experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Frequent travel (up to 75%) with overnight stays and occasional weekend events required.

Conduct audits, enforce company and legal requirements, provide claims authority, manage reserving and loss adjustment expenses, improve processes and training, support retention, recognize performance, and handle performance management.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, including territory planning, prospecting, executive relationship development, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline through an established industry network, maintain CRM forecasts, achieve quota, represent the company at industry events, and provide market feedback to shape offerings and go-to-market strategy.
