As a Senior Analyst, you will develop data-driven solutions in collaboration with operations teams and deliver insights through reports and dashboards to improve patient outcomes.

Own Splash's growth analytics and attribution stack (AppsFlyer, Segment, Snowflake, dbt). Build attribution and LTV/CAC/payback models, maintain pipelines and reporting, drive funnel and contest analysis, reconcile ad spend to revenue, mentor junior analysts, and partner with marketing, product, and finance to inform budget and growth decisions.

Design, optimize, and govern Komodo's Snowflake-centered data infrastructure, integrate with Databricks and adjacent stores, reduce costs and improve query performance, implement monitoring/automation, establish metadata and RBAC governance, and coach teams on best practices to meet compliance and performance SLAs.

Design and build scalable data foundations, pipelines, semantic models, and AI-grounded tooling. Lead platform-level AE tooling, reusable dbt patterns, observability, cost strategies, and agentic AI workflows. Partner with stakeholders, guide team technical development, and drive cross-functional data initiatives from ambiguous problems to production.

Lead and mentor a distributed data engineering team while architecting and building a next-generation, largely open-source data platform. Own hands-on POCs, pipeline design, schema and query optimization, ETL reliability, observability, testing, and CI/CD. Evaluate and recommend technologies, drive migration from vendor lock-in, and translate advertising and market research needs into robust technical solutions.

Design and architect robust ETL/data pipelines on cloud platforms. Build and automate data ingestion and preprocessing using Spark/Databricks, AWS Glue, Airflow. Implement warehousing architectures (EDW, DM, ODS, MOLAP/ROLAP), ensure SQL-based data quality, use version control, and deliver tested production pipelines while communicating with stakeholders.

Lead design and delivery of Snowflake-centric cloud data platforms. Engage with clients to gather requirements, architect scalable secure solutions, provide technical leadership, develop roadmaps, advise executives, and guide implementation best practices across the analytics stack.

Lead revenue analytics for GTM: own annual operating plan and weekly forecast, build propensity/churn/expansion models, architect the revenue data warehouse and identity resolution, define TAM/ICP, leverage AI to automate insights, and partner cross-functionally to maintain single-source-of-truth revenue metrics.

Own day-to-day Snowflake administration and the Sigma semantic layer; manage ingestion (Fivetran), dbt modeling scope, reverse-ETL to Salesforce/HubSpot/NetSuite, data quality SLAs, reporting and dashboards, partner with managed data vendors, design automation and reproducible month-end financial analytics, and drive analysis and experiments for AdOps, Sales, and Finance.

Own and scale Provable's data platform on GCP: build and optimize ingestion pipelines from blockchain indexers, design privacy-aware data models, manage Postgres and BigQuery, develop high-performance data-serving APIs, ensure data quality and observability, and use IaC (Terraform, Helm) and Kubernetes to deploy and cost-optimize environments.
