Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll administration (Paycom), benefits coordination, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, HR inbox and frontline staff support. Coordinate HR events, maintain employee records, assist with leave/FMLA, support recruitment marketing, and partner with Finance and school leadership to ensure accurate, timely HR processes and a strong employee experience.

Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads search, display, and shopping campaigns to drive ecommerce revenue. Conduct keyword research, write/test ad copy, monitor bids/budgets, implement conversion tracking and negative keywords, run structured tests, build first-party audience strategies, collaborate with creative and landing page teams, and provide regular performance reporting and insights.

Manage end-to-end onboarding across 130 franchise locations: process background checks, maintain compliance and accurate records, move candidates through Paylocity, communicate with hiring managers, and collaborate with HR team to support hiring and HR projects.

Provide software support for Priority Dispatch products via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot application and SQL issues; document resolutions and create support knowledge; collaborate with development; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation; assist in training and occasional hardware/OS support. Role is hybrid in Salt Lake City.
