Join Our Growing Human Resources Team as a Human Resources Coordinator!
PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibility of the HR Coordinator is the day-to-day management of recruiting responsibilities including conducting Onboarding, moving employees through various stages of the Onboarding funnel and supporting a streamlined HR process.Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding
- Process background checks for final-stage candidates.
- Maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards during processes.
- Maintain clean and organized Onboarding across 130 franchise locations.
- Move employees through various hiring stages in Paylocity, ensuring timely communication and accuracy.
- Follow up with Hiring Managers to maintain engagement during the hiring process.
- Support in maintenance of accurate records of employees.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with a team of HR Generalists, hiring managers, and company leaders to support a seamless hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR Team on HR-related functions, processes and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR systems is a plus, Paylocity preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple employees and locations.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about HR processes.
