Leads medium- to large-scale analytics projects and client relationships while conducting data analysis, managing data infrastructure, building reports and calculators, and preparing client presentations. Provides strategic insights, oversees deadlines and quality, mentors analysts, collaborates with data science and technical teams, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support Cloud Composer workflows, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and collaborate with development teams to improve automation, reliability, and security.

Provide software systems administration, data management, reporting, and administrative support for the Recreation Department. Administer and troubleshoot RecTrac and other platforms, produce reports and dashboards, support budget monitoring and invoice reconciliation, manage records and workflows, provide end-user training and AV/streaming support for meetings, and assist with project coordination, documentation, and front desk backup as needed.

Coordinate end-to-end RFQ/RFP responses: manage schedules, collect and edit content, design and format proposals, maintain reusable proposal materials, and support marketing tasks like website updates, social media, and collateral as capacity allows.

Supports development of AI-powered applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge solutions, natural-language interfaces, and RAG systems. Assists with prompt engineering, testing, debugging, documentation, performance improvements, and integration of enterprise knowledge sources. Collaborates in Agile ceremonies, uses GitHub and software engineering practices, explores emerging AI technologies, and contributes to Generative AI projects involving LLMs, intelligent search, and cloud platforms.

Develops and troubleshoots manufacturing processes and production lines, improves equipment reliability and maintenance programs, conducts time studies, supports new product development, evaluates specifications, and designs manufacturing solutions. The role also manages continuous improvement projects, supports PPAP customer acceptance, identifies tooling and capital equipment needs, develops work instructions, and administers the site CMMS.

Manages daily HR functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, and enforcement of company policies. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, supporting talent management, partnering with employees and leaders, resolving conflicts, and using HRIS and talent management systems. Candidates must communicate effectively, organize detailed work, work independently, and meet physical lifting requirements.

Develops and troubleshoots PLC logic, SCADA/HMI systems, equipment tags, alarms, interlocks, and industrial communications. Supports MES integration, shop-floor data collection, interface testing, and live production issue resolution across controls and application systems. Collaborates with equipment suppliers and controls engineers, while maintaining version-controlled programs, interface specifications, change records, and deployment procedures. The role is fully remote and requires English communication; Japanese is preferred.
