Lead the development of Directive’s Lifecycle Marketing practice across B2B, SaaS, service, and complex eCommerce clients. Build lifecycle strategies, customer journeys, segmentation, automation, testing roadmaps, and measurement frameworks tied to revenue outcomes. Leads strategic marketing transaction and budget planning for the residential business. Develops forecasts, data models, simulations, dashboards, profitability analyses, sensitivity analyses, and business cases using Python, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. Partners with marketing and finance teams to evaluate opportunities, set targets, optimize channel mix and spending, automate processes, and present performance insights to leadership.

Manage Oracle Cloud SCM implementation workstreams across Procure-to-Pay, procurement, sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and order management. Lead process design, requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and stabilization for complex enterprise clients. Serve as a client-facing functional lead, manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues, ensure implementation quality, and mentor consultants. Support stakeholder alignment, client relationship management, and additional value opportunities.
