Own new-client implementations for Movable Ink’s personalization platforms, serving as the project manager and product expert. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating clients and internal teams, designing technical solutions, configuring and QAing campaigns, delivering platform training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring launches achieve client goals and KPIs. The role requires expertise in mobile messaging, digital marketing, web technologies, data infrastructure, and client or project management.

Manage the end-to-end client experience for 20–30 data research accounts, from project kickoff through delivery and renewal. Coordinate panel, research, data science, and product teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Drive adoption of MFour Studio and DANI, identify upsell opportunities, build client relationships, and present data-driven insights. The hybrid role requires quantitative research, large dataset analysis, questionnaire design, client communication, and SaaS/DaaS customer journey experience.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Go- and Python-based software supporting VOD, live event, linear streaming, dynamic ad insertion, and manifest manipulation. Build resilient, observable, multi-region systems and contribute to multi-CDN strategies, routing, origin workflows, architecture, testing, and code reviews. Partner with SRE teams and distributed international engineering groups to optimize global streaming performance and reliability.

Administer and configure the commercial Salesforce org, including user access, automation, reports, dashboards, data integrity, territory alignment, integrations, sandboxes, and releases. Gather requirements, manage the Salesforce backlog, write user stories, coordinate engineering delivery, conduct UAT, provide field support and training, and improve commercial processes through automation and governance.

Own product management for the internal Scout CSM platform, including roadmap, stakeholder alignment, sprint execution, and iteration. Drive cross-functional CS Operations projects, design scalable processes and workflows, build dashboards and operational insights, improve CSM capacity and retention, and implement AI-enabled automation. Partner with Customer Success, CX, Support, Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, and other leaders to deliver operational improvements and support adoption of new systems.

Manage SaaS renewal operations, including auto-renewals, forecasting, contract audits, renewal briefs, account research, and commercial preparation. Partner with customer success, sales, finance, and deal desk teams to improve retention and renewal execution. Gradually assume ownership of scaled and mid-market renewals, support enterprise strategies, and help build scalable renewal playbooks, tooling, and documentation. Use AI tools for research, proposals, forecasting, and customer outreach.

Lead end-to-end execution of more than 30 regional events and field campaigns across the United States and Canada. Manage event strategy, messaging, timelines, logistics, vendors, invoicing, shipments, on-site teams, lead generation, marketing assets, and inventory. Partner with sales teams on regional and account-based marketing plans, source customer testimonials and co-marketing opportunities, and travel up to 40% of the time.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, cancellations, orders, account updates, and shipping questions across multiple systems. Research issues, identify root causes, provide solutions, retain customers through promotions, document interactions, and meet contact center performance metrics. The role also gathers customer feedback for management and follows established communication procedures and policies.

Provides post-sale customer support through email, chat, and phone, including product guidance and technical troubleshooting. Documents and escalates software issues to Engineering, maintains customer relationships, and communicates customer feedback to Product and Development teams. Supports internal and external stakeholders with product expertise while using AI tools to improve support efficiency and response quality.

Supports high-volume accounting operations by posting cash receipts, reconciling payments and bank activity, resolving discrepancies, processing refunds and chargebacks, maintaining transaction records, and assisting with audits and financial controls. Collaborates with billing, underwriting, claims, customer service, internal teams, customers, and external partners. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, analytical problem-solving, communication, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
